If you are coming to the conference, you may bring your piece in person, but please send us an email to cqsociety@aol.com to let us know it is coming so we can have the necessary display form.

Please make sure your piece has your name and telephone number on a fabric label stitched to the inside of the entry or written on the inside with an indelible marker such as a Pigma pen.
